Why Choosing the Above Packages Is Better Than a Tournament-Based package

Recurring membership packages offer exceptional long-term value and flexibility for clubs and organizations that run events regularly. Unlike the tournament-based subscription, recurring plans come with significantly reduced setup costs and lower per-player fees, especially during the summer sale. Each package includes monthly online registration credits—effectively reducing or even eliminating registration costs for a set number of participants. Plus, higher-tier plans (like Gold) remove player limits and even offer premium features like a white-label solution for your own domain. If you're hosting tournaments frequently, a recurring plan pays for itself quickly while simplifying your budgeting and event planning.

Special Notes for Recurring Membership Packages :

A) You will not pay for Manual Registrations that you perform to enter cash or check entries.  However, if the system is used to receive and process entries involving credit cards (where you may charge a separate phone registration fee), such entries are considered as Online Registrations.

B) Your Manual Registrations will count against the Online Registration credit allowance at a rate of 2 Manual Registrations per 1 credit of Online Registration.  For example, if you make 30 Manual Registrations per month, you will only be eligible for 20 - (30/2) = 15 free Online registrations.  On the other hand, if you make more than 40 Manual Registrations, you will not be eligible for any free Online Registrations.

C) Online Registration credit, if unused within a particular month, can't be carried forward to a future month.

D) Cancellations can be arranged for any time, with no exit fee.

E) We will retain all your historical tournament data indefinitely if your membership is maintained.

F) Broadcasting pairing through text msg will incur a small fee, however email broadcast is free.

G) Extras - For the White Label Solution an additional setup fee of $100 with an ongoing $40 monthly subscription will apply, should you decide to make use of it. (Gold membership package will get the White Label Solution free)
